Justin Buckthorp

Justin Buckthorp is an experienced health professional with a real passion for helping people look, feel and perform at their best. He has over 10,000 hours of 1-2-1 coaching experience across the spectrum of health and fitness – from rehabilitation, to weight loss, to sports performance conditioning.

He has worked with every shape, size and type of client from complete newcomers to exercise, to elite professional athletes across a range of sports. This includes football, triathlon, distance running, water skiing, rugby, rowing, martial arts and golf. With the golfing community, Justin works with a variety of players from the Challenge Tour, European Tour, American PGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour. He has worked with the European Ryder Cup team and currently sits on the medical Advisory Board of the European Tour Performance Institute.

Justin is also a ‘trainer to the trainers’, having served the health and fitness industry for many years as an educator and assessor for health club operators such as David Lloyd, and education providers such as Premier Training Solutions, the European arm of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
