HR Directors Breakfast Seminar – 24th March 2010 – Soho Hotel London

‘Improving Employee Productivity’ brought to you by Beyond the Barriers and Witan Jardine

Organisations that adopt a successful corporate health and wellness strategy have demonstrated savings in excess of £200m per annum. With this in mind, would you be interested in attending a complimentary breakfast seminar for HR Directors and Senior HR Managers to discover how forward thinking businesses are gaining significant benefit from investment in employee wellness?

This interactive session is brought to you by Beyond the Barriers and Witan Jardine, and will take place at 8.30 – 10.30 am, Wednesday 24 March at the Soho Hotel, London. It has been designed to both inspire and inform senior HR professionals and it will be delivered by two highly accomplished speakers:

Dr Dorian Dugmore, a world leader in cardiovascular health, preventative medicine and corporate wellbeing. His programmes have won World and European Best Practice awards for corporate wellness. He currently leads a unique programme monitoring the health and fitness of over 120 Football League Managers called ‘Fit to Manage’, as featured on “Tonight with Trevor McDonald”.

Anna Hemmings MBE, an Olympian and 6 x World Champion kayaker, motivational speaker, and performance coach. Anna is adept at translating the lessons that she learned in sport into the business environment.

During the seminar we will draw on examples and case studies from leading companies that have implemented wellbeing programmes such as adidas and Roche and first hand examples from elite sport that will help you to:

o Recognise the importance of aligning wellness goals and business strategies
o Understand the implications of lifestyle choices on employee health, happiness and ultimately performance
o Discover the health costs of stress and the dangers of losing the work-life balance.
o Recognise what a leading wellness company looks like and how you can improve the health status of your employees with a few simple and practical steps
o Understand how to build staff engagement, improve loyalty and reduce absenteeism
o Understand how to deliver a measurable return on investment for your staff and your bottom line.

It would be great if you could join your peers in what promises to be a really valuable and rewarding morning.
