With instant global communication it is vital to be able to quickly get a sense of who we are dealing with. We need to know something about what makes the other person tick in order for us to be effective in negotiations, selling and in all communications.
This workshop is based on ancient wisdom and gives you tools to instantly read someone simply by observing their physical characteristics. There are six basic models of human vehicle, each with their innate strengths, weaknesses and motivations. By recognising the type of another person we can engage effectively with them and avoid unnecessary conflict and misunderstanding. We will examine each type using examples from history, politics, contemporary culture and even cartoons. Each delegate will have the opportunity to discover their own type and explore the implications. We will then construct an ideal company with every type playing their ideal professional role. There will be much laughter throughout the session.
During this workshop you will:
Discover how to read people as easily as noticing models of cars passing in traffic.
Learn ways to get the best out of people according to their deep motivations.
Consider the value of recognising and accepting what cannot be changed in yourself and others.
Understand the hidden roots of misunderstanding at personal, professional and global levels and find strategies to communicate more effectively.
