Two key characteristics of a high performing team

Having been on some successful and not-so successful teams, there’s two things I can tell you.

1️⃣ Clarity: This comes first. Does the team know where they’re going and why they’re doing it?

2️⃣ Speaking Up: Once you know where you’re going, then you can start building the trust it takes for team members to be able to open up and disagree with each other.

Nothing ruins a team faster than quiet dissenters.

But trust, on the other hand, is powerful.

If you’re wondering how you might be able to build that kind of clarity and trust in your own team, please check out our programmes for high performing teams or just give us a call, we’d love to chat.
